Directions
Take 1–2 capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For best absorption, divide doses throughout the day (e.g., 1 capsule morning, 1 capsule midday) rather than taking all at once, as intestinal Vitamin C transporters saturate at single doses above approximately 400 mg. Take with food to minimize any possibility of GI discomfort from ascorbic acid. For best results, take consistently every day as part of your daily wellness routine.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. High-dose Vitamin C (above 2,000 mg/day) may cause GI discomfort, diarrhea, or osmotic effects in some individuals — reduce dose if GI symptoms occur. Individuals with a history of kidney stones (calcium oxalate type) should consult their healthcare provider before taking high-dose Vitamin C, as excess ascorbate is metabolized to oxalate. Individuals with hemochromatosis or iron overload should use caution as Vitamin C significantly enhances iron absorption. Individuals with G6PD deficiency should consult their healthcare provider before use. May interact with anticoagulants (warfarin) and certain chemotherapy drugs — consult your healthcare provider.

Individual results may vary. Vitamin C supplementation is intended to complement, not replace, a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications (including anticoagulants, chemotherapy agents, or estrogen-containing medications), or have a pre-existing medical condition including kidney stones, hemochromatosis, or G6PD deficiency.
