Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@bpbalance.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
