IMPORTANT: Exact mg/mcg amounts for all B vitamins are not confirmed from the product image. Refer to the current product label for the complete and accurate Supplement Facts panel. The key differentiator of this formula vs. Basic B Complex is higher doses of B5, B6, B3, and B1 — verify all exact amounts from the physical label before publishing.
Directions
Take 1–2 capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For best results, take in the morning with breakfast to support daytime energy, mood, and stress resilience. May be split into two doses (morning and midday) for sustained all-day support. Avoid taking in the evening to prevent potential sleep interference from energizing B vitamins. For best results, take consistently every day, especially during periods of elevated stress.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Contains high-potency B vitamins — do not take in the evening as energizing B vitamins may interfere with sleep in sensitive individuals. Individuals taking medications that interact with B vitamins should consult their healthcare provider: metformin reduces B12 absorption; levodopa interacts with B6; methotrexate depletes folate; anti-epileptic drugs may interact with B9 and B12; isoniazid depletes B6. A small subset of individuals with certain methylation disorders may experience detoxification reactions when initiating methylfolate or methylcobalamin — start with a lower dose and consult a practitioner if unsure.
This product is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results may vary. B-complex supplementation is intended to complement, not replace, a balanced diet, healthy lifestyle, and appropriate stress management practices. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications (including methotrexate, anti-epileptics, metformin, levodopa, or isoniazid), or have a pre-existing medical condition. High-dose B6 (pyridoxine) at sustained very high doses may cause peripheral neuropathy; the P-5-P form in this formula is less associated with this risk, but consult your healthcare provider for long-term high-dose use.
