Directions
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For enhanced support, some individuals take 2 capsules daily — consult your healthcare provider for personalized dosing. Taking with food reduces the risk of nausea. For best results, take consistently every day, preferably in the morning with breakfast to support daytime energy and cognitive function.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Individuals taking medications that interact with B vitamins should consult their healthcare provider: metformin reduces B12 absorption; levodopa interacts with B6; methotrexate depletes folate; anti-epileptic drugs may interact with B9 and B12. A small subset of individuals with certain methylation disorders may experience detoxification reactions when initiating methylfolate or methylcobalamin supplementation — start with a lower dose and consult a practitioner if unsure.
This product is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results may vary. B-complex supplementation is intended to complement, not replace, a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications (including methotrexate, anti-epileptics, metformin, or levodopa), or have a pre-existing medical condition. Individuals sensitive to methylfolate or methylcobalamin (rare) should start with a low dose and consult a practitioner.
