Directions
Take 1 softgel daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For best results, take consistently at the same time each day as part of your daily wellness routine. Krill oil is fat-soluble — taking with a meal containing dietary fat supports optimal absorption and reduces the likelihood of digestive discomfort.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. If you have a shellfish allergy, consult your healthcare provider before use — krill is a crustacean shellfish. If you are taking blood-thinning medications (e.g., warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel) or anticoagulants, consult your healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use at least 2 weeks before scheduled surgery due to potential mild blood-thinning effects.
This product is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results may vary. Krill oil is intended to complement, not replace, a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a pre-existing medical condition.
