Directions
Take 1 veggie softgel daily with a meal containing dietary fat, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For optimal absorption, take with a meal — the organic coconut oil in the softgel supports absorption, and additional dietary fat further enhances bioavailability. For best results, take consistently every day for a minimum of 90 days. Hair and nail growth cycles require sustained, consistent supplementation to observe full benefits.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Important: High-dose biotin supplementation (10,000 mcg) can significantly interfere with many immunoassay-based laboratory tests, including thyroid hormone tests (TSH, T3, T4), cardiac troponin tests, and hormone panels — potentially causing falsely elevated or falsely low results. Discontinue use at least 72 hours before any blood test or laboratory work and inform your healthcare provider. Individuals with rare biotinidase deficiency should consult a physician before use.
This product is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results may vary. Hair and nail benefits from biotin supplementation may take 60–90 days of consistent use to become visible, as they depend on natural growth cycles. Biotin at high doses (>5,000 mcg) may interfere with certain lab tests, including thyroid function tests and troponin assays — inform your healthcare provider and laboratory of biotin supplement use before testing. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a pre-existing medical condition.
