Directions
Sprouting Instructions: 1. Measure 2 tablespoons of alfalfa seeds into a clean sprouting jar or wide-mouth mason jar with a mesh lid. 2. Rinse seeds with cool, clean water and drain. 3. Add 1 cup of cool water and soak overnight (6–8 hours). 4. Drain thoroughly and rinse again with cool water. 5. Tilt jar at a 45-degree angle in a warm spot with indirect light to allow drainage and airflow. 6. Rinse and drain thoroughly twice daily (morning and evening). 7. Harvest in 3–5 days when sprouts are 1–2 inches long with green tips. 8. Give a final rinse, drain well, and refrigerate in a sealed container. 9. Use within 5–7 days for best freshness and nutrition.
Warnings

Immunocompromised individuals, pregnant women, elderly, and young children should consult a healthcare provider before consuming raw sprouts. Store dry seeds in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Refrigerate after opening for maximum shelf life. Do not consume if seeds smell off or show signs of mold.
