Directions
Mix 1 rounded teaspoon (3.4g) into at least 8 fl oz (240ml) of water or juice. Stir briskly and drink immediately before the mixture thickens. Take 1 to 3 times daily, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Always follow each serving with an additional 8 oz glass of water. If you are new to psyllium fiber, start with 1 serving per day and gradually increase over 1 to 2 weeks to allow your digestive system to adjust and minimize bloating or gas.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container. CHOKING HAZARD: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing. Always mix with at least 8 oz of liquid and drink immediately. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition (especially bowel obstruction, difficulty swallowing, or esophageal narrowing), or are taking any medications, consult your healthcare provider before use. Psyllium may reduce the absorption of certain medications â take medications at least 1 to 2 hours before or after psyllium.
