Directions
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily with food and a full glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Niacinamide is water-soluble; consistent daily use is recommended to maintain optimal Vitamin B-3 and NAD+ levels. Can be combined with a B-complex supplement for comprehensive B vitamin support.
