Directions
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily with food and a full glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Begin with 1 capsule per day to assess individual tolerance before increasing to 2 capsules. For best results, take earlier in the day (morning or early afternoon) as DMAE may have a mildly stimulating effect for some individuals.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Do not take in the evening as DMAE may interfere with sleep in sensitive individuals. If you are pregnant or nursing, do NOT use this product — DMAE has been associated with adverse fetal outcomes in animal studies. If you have epilepsy, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or are taking anticonvulsant, antipsychotic, or cholinergic medications, consult your healthcare provider before use. If you experience muscle twitching, tension headaches, or overstimulation, reduce dose or discontinue use. Not intended for use by individuals under 18.
