Directions
Take 1–3 capsules daily with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For sleep and relaxation support, take 1–2 capsules 30–60 minutes before bedtime. For muscle recovery and daily magnesium repletion, take with dinner or after exercise. Start with 1 capsule daily and increase gradually. For best results, take consistently every day as part of your daily wellness routine.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Individuals with kidney disease or renal impairment should consult their healthcare provider before use, as impaired kidneys cannot efficiently excrete excess magnesium, risking hypermagnesemia. Magnesium supplementation may interact with certain antibiotics (tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones), bisphosphonates, and diuretics — space doses at least 2 hours apart from these medications. If you experience unusual drowsiness, weakness, or irregular heartbeat, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider.
This product is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results may vary. Magnesium glycinate supplementation is intended to complement, not replace, a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications (particularly antibiotics, diuretics, or medications for diabetes or heart disease), or have a pre-existing medical condition including kidney disease.
